For Parents
Thank you! We consider it a priviliege to be given the opportunity to minister God’s love to your child.
In our continuing effort to provide a safe environment for your child, Skyway Kid’s staff will be using a check-in and release policy each time your child participates in childcare during services, KinderChurch, SuperChurch, Sunday School, Missionettes, or Skyway Super Sports.
- ALL children must be signed in by a parent or guardian. There will be a space provided for you to indicate where you are located on campus. You will also be asked to leave an emergency number if you will be off-campus. Our procedures make it possible to assure you that your child is in the proper classroom and accounted for. When your child is signed out, they are once again in your care. We ask that they are kept with you and not left unattended on the church campus.
- Please respect the children’s ministry workers and caregivers by picking up your children PROMPTLY after services. If you will be worshipping with us for more than one service, we ask that you return to the Life Center and check your child out of that class and into the next one.
- No child (from birth to 6th grade) will be dismissed without a parent or guardians signature.
We want to assure that your child will be in a safe, clean, and caring environment. All of our adults who work with children are interviewed by a department leader—personal application with references and a fingerprint clearance are required. Our staff is trained to meet the needs of your child and our volunteers attend specific training for each ministry.
We appreciate your cooperation with these safety procedures in order to keep our children as safe as possible.
